James E. Pacilio, Jr., - CEO - Founder of Kingsbridge Pension Services and GAP Pension Inc. Co-founder of Kingsbridge Financial Group and Kingsbridge Advisors. A 1972 graduate of Seton Hall University with a degree in Economics. Jim started his career in the financial services industry over 38 years ago. Since the beginning, Jim has specialized in Retirement Plan design and implementation and has received numerous awards for his efforts, including the Hall of Fame and Summit Four Citation. Jim and his team manage over $1 billion in assets and have been featured in many publications, including most recently, Doctor of Dentistry Magazine and Medical Economics. Jim resides in North Jersey with his wife, Kimberly, and three daughters.
David J. Grossman, CLU - President - David has been with Kingsbridge Financial Group since 1987. He began his career in the financial services business in 1979 with AXA Equitable. A graduate of Montclair State University and the American College David is also Qualified Plan Certified and a Retirement Plan Specialist after completing studies at the Wharton School of Business, University of PA in 2006. David is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, Society of Financial Service Professionals, Million Dollar Round Table- as a Life and Qualifying member, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. As a resident of Nutley, NJ he has been awarded the 2004 Distinguished Service Award- Business Man of the Year, from the Nutley Jaycee’s. He is the founder and president of the Nutley Business People for the Advancement of Technology in Education est. 1997. He currently specializes and lecturers on Business Insurance, Employee Benefit Plan Design, Wealth Accumulation and Preservation.
Philip T. Fabrizio, CFP, ChFC, CLU - Phil began his career in the financial services business in 1982 and has been affiliated with Kingsbridge Financial Group since 1996. Although highly regarded for his expertise in life insurance and retirement planning, his greatest strength may be the ability to combine a strong knowledge of core financial products such as insurance and investments, and core financial needs like protection and planning, and communicate them in a way the client can easily understand and act upon. A true “generalist”, Phil’s strongpoint is his ability to match the client’s needs with the vast product and personnel resources available through the Kingsbridge organization.
After playing 4 years of varsity baseball at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Phil switched his competitive focus to golf and plays extensively in state and local amateur events. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Metropolitan Golf Association (MGA) and the MGA Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides youngsters with valuable opportunities to learn the game and its principles that will help them throughout their lives.
Kristopher Grossman, CFP® - Kris joined Kingsbridge in 2009 where he helps individuals, families and business owners make smart decisions about how to protect and build wealth. Prior to joining Kingsbridge, Kris had a five-year investment banking career, including four years with Barclays Capital, where he worked on healthcare industry deals including mergers and acquisitions, bond offerings and IPOs. Kris graduated from Cornell in 2004 with a degree in Biology, which he applied to his experience covering healthcare companies. Kris was raised in Nutley, NJ and currently lives in Verona, NJ with his wife, Meghan. Kris is on the Board of Trustees for Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation. In addition, Kris is an active Cornell alumnus and avid golfer and skier.
William H. Damora, CFP, ChFC, CLU - Co-founder of the Kingsbridge Financial Group, Kingsbridge Advisors, and KB Financial Partners, Bill has worked in the Wealth Management industry since 1975, specializing in sophisticated planning techniques for high net worth individuals and successful businesses. A graduate of Montclair State University and the American College, he has lectured worldwide and has been published in numerous magazines including Medical Economics, The Journal of Financial Services Professionals, Brokers World, and the Big Game Fishing Journal. Bill and his wife Joan have two grown children and reside in New Jersey and Martha’s Vineyard. Bill’s hobbies include saltwater fishing and competitive skeet shooting.
